We found this hotel to be very clean with great facilities. It was convenient to park and there was easy access to transportation. The location was perfect, as it was close to the Galleria Mall, restaurants, and shopping. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service.

The prices here are good, the rooms and hotel are very clean, and we enjoyed hanging out at the nearby Snuffer's.

The location was great, very close to the Galleria Mall and numerous restaurants and shops in the area. the room was comfortable and clean, with a good-sized bathroom. the staff provided excellent service and the breakfast was a nice touch.
There were some issues with maintenance that could be improved upon based on previous guests' reviews.

Spent New Year's Eve at a hotel near a great mall. Location was super convenient and made for great shopping, dining and entertainment. Room was spacious and the bed incredibly comfortable. There was also a nice variety at breakfast and friendly staff.
Parking was also limited at times.

Location was great for our romantic escape. The continental breakfast was a nice touch, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was also large and had all the essential amenities needed for a comfortable stay.
The condition of the room was not up to par. There were visible signs of wear and tear, such as holes in the wall and dents in the door.
